The work culture and also IHG as a company have many growth opportunities.

Nothing as such. Just that this pandemic has affected everyone working in terms of work pressure, job insecurity and pay cuts... That should be looked upon by the company and development and growth of each individual employee with the company should not stop due to this tough time. That will help gain trust of employees on this company.

Work Details

It's quite good... Just that business flow at times imbalances it's that's it, otherwise its good.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.
