Their is nothing to like in home first finance company in Indore vinay nagar branch

Dislikes

Superiors don't treat juniors equal and ask them to resign if they don't fulfill their work. It takes time for every person to settle but they are so aggressive and gives warning on everything they don't treat humans like humans they think they are machines. Work culture is full of abusive language and nothing I would say never work for home first finance in your life.

Initially there was no pressure regarding the sales and it was beneficial interms of portfolio's health. Need that culture back.

Dislikes

Too much internal politics. Employee isn't allowed to leave a certain location.(I was selected for a higher role at head office and my regional manager didn't allow me to go as he couldn't find a replacement. ) Policies are ambiguous.
