Nothing good for outsourced employee and off role employees

Dislikes

For Off role employees only Work life balance: office shift end at 6 pm mostly but need to stretch one time a week. Salary n benefits: only salary and no benefits Promotion n appraisal: no promotion and very low appraisal Job security: Terrible. Will notify you 1 month before to find another job as you are not working properly no warning to work properly just fired Skill development: nothing at all. U have to do just what u have told no taining for off role. Work satisfaction: worst experience Company culture: suffocating and worst in world treat off role like servants...Read More

There is nothing extraordinary to be mentioned here. It is a company entirely focused on making money at whatever cost.

Dislikes

At least for my department, there doesn't exist any work-life balance. Everyone is expected to work from morning till 6-7 p.m. in the evening otherwise you aren't working enough and it will be highlighted in your quarterly appraisals and morning meetings. Furthermore, there doesn't exist a structured training for any additional role you are loaded with in the company, it is expected to learn everything while doing the job....Read More

HMEL is a very good company to work. I have learnt a lot during my tenure of 13 year. A truly professional company with good work life balance. One can think about his retirement if he/she is not very ambitious about carrier and package.

Dislikes

Promotion policy is very poor. You have to wait atleast 5 years to get promotion, if everything will go in your favour else may take 6-8 years to get single promotion.
