For your remark in the “dislikes” section regarding “Slow Career Progress”, we would request you to kindly talk to the engineer group head or the engineering head to discuss, evaluate and chart out your growth map and clear the expectations. Being a part of the middle level leadership, we are sure that you must be knowing that we walk the talk when it comes to following the open-door policy. The process of objective setting involves active discussions between the employees & their managers which are leveraged to eliminate any sort of miscommunication or mismatch in expectations. Dear Anonymous, Thank you for sharing your approving review on the opportunities and career path that HSCians are free to pursue irrespective of the hierarchy or department. We at HSC, have always believed that learning should never cease and is a continuous process. That is why, we encourage HSCians to build up skills in all the areas and not restricting themselves to technical. You comment in the dislike section is an astute remark on where we are lacking and is more of a suggestion. Since branding is a continuous process and one of the important sides to it is manage it through different platforms and spaces. We are making progress with time and are gradually building up towards where HSCians such as yourself see us. We assure you that we are doing everything to the best of our abilities to work towards it. Meanwhile, we would also suggest that if you have any suggestions or ideas to share with us then kindly use the internal platforms like Amber, Q2M or Zero Hour.
