Dear Anonymous, While it is unfortunate and at the same time highly unlikely that at Hughes Systique you have found “nothing” worth mentioning in the Likes section, but we would like to start by thanking you for your contributions at HSC. Coming to the dislikes section of your review, yes, we agree that there are times when just like any other software and engineering services company, customer & at times, phase of the project do influence our working routine. That is why HSC has a policy on flexible working hours, which by definition, explains that we do not observe strict office timings. Flexi Time policy helps ensure that HSCians get break to rejuvenate themselves after extended hours. Being a part of HSC, we are sure that you must have also been aware that we follow an open-door policy and employees irrespective of hierarchy or department can talk to their managers, engineering group heads, engineering head or for that matter Mr. Vinod Sood, MD. But since you had made up your mind to publish a vague, generic and misleading review on a public platform devoid of any facts, we are sharing this for the benefit of the readers of the review. Also, employees irrespective of the sectors they work in, strive to work to the best of their ability until the last day of their employment. When you say that you were given “fresh work on second last day”, it speaks volumes about your unprofessional attitude more than anything else. No matter the industry, organisation or position you work in, it is obligatory for the employees to work even during their notice periods. Nevertheless, we wish you the best for your future.

Dear Anonymous, Thank you for your valuable contributions at HSC. However, have you had shared your concerns or suggestions in-detail, it would have helped us in assisting you better. As we walk the talk when it comes to following the open-door policy, you can always talk to your manager, engineering group head, Engineering Head or for that matter even to Mr. Vinod Sood, MD. You can also leverage the internal platforms like Amber, Q2M, Zero Hour etc. and share your concerns or suggestions anonymously, if you had wished so. Dear HSCian, While we are glad that you have found Hughes Systique’s culture of employee centricity, the important aspect of job security to be of worth a positive mention in your review. Though, when you say that HSC is working on legacy projects & old technologies, kindly note that with three state-of-the-art R&D centres, we are working on multiple projects using the latest Digital Technologies like Cloud, AI & ML, NoSQL/SQL databases, Microservices architecture, Spring boot, Angular, React, Python, Django, Selenium. In Wireless we are working on most cutting-edge work in the 5G, O-RAN, Software Defined Radio, LTE, M-plane, Network Function Virtualization and satellite communication, Embedded development using C, Linux, Microcontroller, RPA etc. We understand that your suggestions are in the right spirit, but we would also like you to know that many of the services companies especially old players, have a mix of legacy and new projects. We encourage you to talk to your manager, engineering group head or the engineering head to know more about the various technologies that we work in, and they will be able to give you a clearer picture and guide you towards the Centers of Excellence, to learn more about the various projects being executed and R&D being done across different tech domains to clear your understanding.
