Over the past 12 years, I have dedicated myself to working with sincerity, commitment, and persistence. However, it is disheartening to note that despite consistent efforts, there has been no promotion, recognition, or meaningful appreciation of hard work. The environment seems to favor internal politics over performance, with decisions often influenced by favoritism rather than merit. Employees who genuinely contribute are continuously burdened with more work, while those who align themselves with the right people advance without accountability or real contribution. There has also been a complete lack of encouragement or support for skill development or career growth. Unfortunately, HR has not played an impartial or supportive role in addressing these concerns, further alienating those who expect fair treatment. This has led to a work environment that is deeply demoralizing, with no room for personal or professional development.
