Got the required exposure and opportunity to learn my job related skills. Team members were understanding and easy to work with as per my experience.

Dislikes

Poor work-life balance. Had to work late into the night on most days. Not much attention is given to employee satisfaction and thus the retention rate is low. Poor appraisal policy. Too much pressure and monitoring by the top management.

No micro management, Manger is very friendly, No much work pressure flexible in timing and work co-workers are good. Can balance work and personal life very well.

No career growth, No job security, No new innovations and new learning, Full politics in some team, No deserve people will get right position. No recognition For your work. As a time pass u can come and go. Not good for one who sees it growth in ur career.
