Dislikes

At times, I noticed that the workload was unevenly distributed among team members, which caused delays in project timelines and increased stress levels. There were moments where communication regarding project expectations or company policies was unclear, which led to misunderstandings. I found that there were limited opportunities for growth or skill enhancement within the company.
