ICAR-IASRI is world largest agriculture research institute and established before the independence. Good work environment and culture. Teamates are very supportive and management is good. The organization is feel like working close to nature due to greenery . Organization policies are good. Great place to work.

Dislikes

Only one disvantage that the job profiles of young professionals, IT professionals , SRF, RA etc are contractual basis. And salary is fixed.

Work Details

The work life balance is very good here. I struggled a bit in the beginning as there is no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to work on different tasks and that help me to improve in various areas.

Nothing most of the things. But only exposure to the other Ministry or public dealings, liasioning. Talent is taken for granted. Flattering is high. Lobbying, castism, etc. are as usual but main drawback. That's why I quitted after my qualified service tenure for full benefits of pension and medical.
