Presently I'm working of O&M contractor company under indraprastha gas Ltd. After some time IGL is Change the contractor So Some experienced employees is Job less. But igl is not care about this type of employees.

I like work-life balance in IGL till I am in town. Job security is good if you are a good employee and even for an average person too. Company culture and work satisfaction is also in employee favour.

Dislikes

Promotion and appraisal not given on time, sometime even delay for more than two years too. Skill development is also limited, you have to push yourself to learn new things.

100% job security & Company Policies are good , appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the salary growth is little bit slow for non executive

The job is quite interesting ! Struggled a big in the beginning but I learnt everything on the job. Best part of this I got a skilled of team management and handling.

Indraprastha gas limited work is good but the tender opt rhino services is overall our full bad experience so the rhino company point of view it's totally bad experience in last few months there is no helpful manager specially Mr. Shailesh never help and they can't deserve the managerial post

I am doing the work as an contractual staff (site engineer) . But there's no option for on role job if you don't placed by campus placement . So that i can say there is no increment when you are a contractual staff you'll be on the same position after long time. IGL does't conduct anyexam for hiring a person off campus. That is bad for any company...Read More
