I like work-life balance in IGL till I am in town. Job security is good if you are a good employee and even for an average person too. Company culture and work satisfaction is also in employee favour.

Dislikes

Promotion and appraisal not given on time, sometime even delay for more than two years too. Skill development is also limited, you have to push yourself to learn new things.

100% job security & Company Policies are good , appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the salary growth is little bit slow for non executive

The job is quite interesting ! Struggled a big in the beginning but I learnt everything on the job. Best part of this I got a skilled of team management and handling.

1) Non-transparency in promotions & appraisals(variable increments), 2) Non-transparency in transfers.Transfers should be voluntary along with offering of perks & benefits to remote location.Also,there should not be unwilling transfers or forced transfers if company wants better productivity. 3)There should be an appellate mechanismfor resolution of grievances of employees(caused due to poor work culture & some non competent seniors). 4) There should be a 5 day weekly culture for site employees as provided to HO employees to avoid discrimination & imparting work life balance to employees for increasing productivity....Read More

There are no extra workload on every employees. Job security of all employes are very good.

Dislikes

For the contractual employee no salery revision and banifits. They do not participat contratual employees in IGl programs, toors, and other typs of comptions (Play Games). They treats that Contratual employees are outsiders. That hearts every contratual employee😡.
