The work Environment is commendable, characterized by a grounded management Team. The Leader is both wise and sensible, often anticipating our needs before we express them. Since Joining this team, I have learned the value of time commitment. While management maintains a strict approach, it is very secure workplace for both Men and Women. The Salary is crucial for my family's well being. I extend my heartfelt gratitude to the management for their consistent punctuality in salary disbursement, even during the challenging times of the pandemic. The company has provided us with opportunities to acquire new skills, and the extra hours worked are compensated as incentives, which align well with my salary. Notably, If Srini Sir becomes aware that any employee has not had a meal, they promptly ensures that food is provided without delay. There is a personalized focus on each employees. Addittionaly, a special bonus is offered to referrals, which is an excellent initiative.
