Infrabeat is mid-scale company that provides access to various Ariba modules and SAP. The company encourages independent learning to work, making it valuable opportunity for freshers to gain hands on experience and gain their skills.

Dislikes

The work culture at infrabeat is generally good, but it falls short in Ariba department. Employees in this department are required to sign a two year bond due to environment. The culture is reportedly not good. As the result, the average tenure in the Ariba department is around two years.

Dislikes

Work culture is vry bad and only close people of top managements are growing. As per my knowledge, 90% people hired by references by top managements ( all are relatives) So you can imagine!
