Unfortunately, I received a response labeling my application[bangalore hiring team]as a "waste of time" due to a perceived lack of stability — without any attempt to understand my motivation, career aspirations, or background. While I respect that every company has its own hiring criteria, I believe candidate evaluations should be based on meaningful dialogue and mutual respect. Workspace is filled with sexist superiors who are trying to get into their colleagues pants. You either get physical with them or they get verbal with you. Horrible work experience, the psychological torment made me suicidal. When I tried retrieving my justified salary for the work I whole heartedly put into the company, they only reached out when I threatened them with a court case. I still haven't received my money, I want to seek therapy due to the mental damage done to. Many things. No promotion and salary increment is there. Manager and HR dont gave response on mails. No bonuses, no joy and perks of working there. Work life balance become hell. It's nice not to do job as to be a inknowtech employee.

InKnowTech is not a company it's like a broker they earn commission from the employees. it's a fraud company. They didn't give my 21 days salary. Request to all don't join this company. All the InKnowTech members are doing fraud with employees.

We should have rating 0 instead of giving 1 star. The company is fraud. If they don't want to pay the employee salary. They act like manager give leave next hr warning email unauthorised absence that would be last email your manager call and say terminated. Worst company ever

If You leave or terminate from the company before completing a year,they not furnish a Releving/Experience letter,withhold your last month's salary, and fail to provide clear details on salary deduction of final month.Additonally, any extra work hour incentive not provided.It's advisable to reconsider join InKnowTech under these circumstancs.
