1. You get good salary + shift allowance. There are few more things which are good like office picnic etc.

Dislikes

Pressure is high to do well not the work load but if you make mistakes there is high risk of getting terminated here without any proper notice.

Company pays you well as a fresher. You don’t need to work overtime. Log in on time and logout on time and no one is going to judge you for that.

Dislikes

As general client service associate you need to be on calls for 7hours. Two person from same team cannot take breaks at the same time. It’s just very frustration you cannot take part in any office functions as it would reduce your call hours and would impact your performance. Basically it’s a not worth being in general team.
