The organization has to concentrate more on their most important assests which is their employees,lots of employees lost their job but the Organization doesn't seemed to care a bit ,the growth is poor when the management is in hands of people who shows favouritism and internal politics.The salary hikes and appraisal are much more inefficient .Overall it's better to gain experience in a different domain then Avaition and especially in this company....Read More
