Completely immature culture. HR plays in name of policies.

Dislikes

Regional Head North likes to be a god and believe that this is his values and is supported by HR head. Advise by HR to treat him like a god. He is god of North India. He demand and threatens everyone in north india to only give me 5 rating for survey conducted every year and in case if he get a 2 or 1 that person is fired but beforethat they humiliate, play mental games to extend that the person health gets hampered.
