Everything.No job security not at all.No professionalism.No chance for growth.They have very limited project and ur task will be like support task.U will forget ur all technically skills.U will get task I.e not realistic like u need to understand complete project without any documentation and person help.

Teammates are good and helpful. Good appraisals as compared to other companies in Chandigarh area.

Dislikes

Work life balance is terrible. Too much politics all the time. On site opportunities are only for those have master's degree in buttering their manager (except few exceptions). Leave's are not easily provided.

Freindly environment and no pressure. Supportive people.

Dislikes

Technologies depend on project. They did not provide special courses or reimbursement for courses with which you can learn new tech. There is some availability of one system for whole company where they can learn from some website but it needs persmission to get time to access the system which makes it difficult process.
