This company is filled of fraudster people. At the time of hiring they will tell you we have a certain budget but actually when you get on onboarded you will find a big pay disparity. Only girls will be paid high package . And the HR will feel he is done the best job by hiring a good experienced professional in less price . Specifically their HR Gopu he is a new joinee and just to create his impact on management he will jot compnesate people well for his promotion. Also they will lie you telling its a permanent remote job and later they will call you to banaglore once the salary date is near by . I left the company once in came to know after joining that 1 year ex[perienced person with no mba and unemployeed since 2 years ( specifically nice looking girls) are paid more than 5+ years experienced relevant background professional. And then they think they won the game . Later they will ask you to come bangalore and we will increase salary once you perform. All false commitments by the team . Full team is fraudsters . They will tell we are expanding and every week they will have hirings and firings. Dont go by the joining kit and boat soundbox all fraudsters are working over here....Read More

Nothing, the management is pathetic. Its hire and fire policy and they don't train nor help. Typical Byjus culture.

Dislikes

No help whatsoever. They bully their employees and make them work 14-16 hours a day without any Overtime and draconian practices. Do not apply whatsoever. All the reviews on Glassdoor and Ambitonbox are paid

I have had the pleasure of being a part of Interview Kickstart where during my time I have had the opportunity to work on several projects that were tailored to align with my skills and interests. The projects I have worked were impactful, meaningful and allowed me to collaborate with colleagues from different teams. A notable aspect of Interview Kickstart is its remote setup which allows for flexibility in my daily schedule. Daily stand-up meetings allow me to share updates on my work with both my peers and senior colleagues. In addition to this, 1-on-1 meetings with our leaders ensure that I am guided and supported. Despite being an intern, I enjoyed participating in meetings alongside members of senior leadership and founders who encourage feedback and suggestions.
