Some Incompetent managers and full of cronyism. Lots of gifts and trips to make up for the broken management.

Ok ok Managers are in my opinion undeserving and unintelligent people who do not deserve to be there. Emotional immaturity ruined an otherwise fantastic product, not just for employees, but also for the customers.
