Benefits Structure Retirement is non existent. No company match whatsover NO PTO. You get 10 days, but you must use them for Meta "freeze" dates. You will have to take off days w out pay. Managers are worthless. They have no idea how to manage in the United States. Everything is India based and let me tell you, they dont treat each other well! Nothing good about working here. All the 5 star reviews here are fake which are being posted by HR. Cant see future working here anymore. The management is poor in decision making, never thinks about employees.

1. Every month our 10% salary is deducted in the name of variable bonus, which is never given. I have not received it from past so many years. 2. No appraisals. I have not received appraisal in last many years. We are just being burdened by more and more work. 3. Management is very biased to their close people and family members only. 4. Managers are very rude and illiterate people. They do not even know how to talk properly. 5. Very bad leave policy. There are mandatory shut down days during year end, for which you need to apply from your own limited leave balance, or else your salary will be deducted....Read More

I feel ashamed working at Iron systems. Nothing good about working here.

I am currently the serving senior HR manager at this company and I feel ashamed from past 3 years the employees from all departments were reaching out to me for appraisals. The appraisals were put on hold indefinitely by the management. Now recently we have received appraisal approvals from the management. For once I thought this isgoing to give some relief to the employees, however to everyone's surprise, the appraisal budget received for employees for just 5% to 10% increment. I am feeling really bad right now while sending the appraisal letters to teams like the program management, incident customer support and the technicians/full-time employees support team....Read More

This is a very very poorly managed company being run by few family members. Recently due to negative reviews on online portals, they have started pressurizing all employees to leave fake good reviews about them on the portals. Failure to do so might result in getting terminated. They have also started pressurizing the new hires to leave good reviews about them, or else they are threatening those candidates that their offer letters will be revoked, hence their career will be ruined....Read More

Managers need to grow the bone here...all are management chamcha simply they say I m working for my team and all bulshit stories but when you need them they simply give hand. Continuously Layoff that too with in 15 mins employee are removed. From past 5 years no appraisal happened. No indian holidays overall u will get 6 holidays thatsall. Only chamcha people can survive here...please sit in home if no job but do not join here otherwise life will be completely screwed up....Read More

No Training and support for new joiners, No discussion on expectation and performance Management lacks integrity most of the decisions are not supported by policy and procedure worst possible work environment, where management do not respect employees personal boundaries and work hours. No work life balance is appreciated
