No proper training regarding anything and expected you to complete your work with zero error. Staff must have to take training for soft-spoken skills. Don't know how to behave with a team. From morning they started shouting about your mistakes. ( basically, mistakes or gaps are because of no proper training. They want you to flexible with working hours but they are flexible employees. Unknowingly salary deductions. Impossible targets....Read More

Nothing is good about this place. Working hours are not fixed. Very low budget. For sure you are not able to meet up targets at the end deductions on salary. Very low salary.

Behavioral issues with the managers, they don't know how to speak politely. No mental peace for sure.
