Never, it's very pathetic company.I worked more then 3years. They are not debiting my pf and income tax amount to government portal.

Dislikes

HR interration, timely Salary issues, pf and income tax credited from my salary but they are not disclose to government and keep with own.

Legit nothing is good here.

They always keep on hiring candidates non-stop beacuse one leaves another joins and the cycle keeps repeating (all of this without crediting salary for any candidate they hired), never credit salary for any junior positioned female, create nuisance, have toxic environment rather people working here are toxic. Just dont join here else your life will be big mess for which they anyways won't pay you. So decide....Read More

This Organisation is totally Fake company, they will not provide salaries and work culture is very very bad. My actual rating for this company is zero, but not available that zero. In this company that management is using employee efforts and after completed their work throw from company...this is use & throw management behaviour. Worst organisation, plz don't join in this company.

They are not given properly salary, you will do full time per month you will get 8,000 instead of 19,000.worst management. They didn’t give my one month salary, they will only give you illegal termination mail. I recommended all recruiters don’t join this organisation. They don’t have revenue as such, Hr name-Vijaya,Harika,Jaya all are working on genpact and lti mindtree.

They don't have any back to provide the salary on time, because I was working in LTI that time LTI had some migration process yet to complete but that time they hold the salary due to migration but that time IT source don't have any back to give the salary to the employees.

Not give any Diwali gift or bonus.
