I wanted to resign because company does not take interest in employee's growth. Only people which are growing are managers and employees which are bribing managers. Since I was highest contributor in the branch and in my dept, all seniors kept requesting me to continue the job till end day. Since I did not revoke my resignation, after I left my seniors were spreading rumours that I begged to be in the job and they sacked me and manager was claiming proudly that he is very dangerous man and nobody should do anything against his will. There are many good people left before me. They were hard workers. Even their name was tarnished like this by these seniors. Also, Sr Mgr and BM will lie about your performance to Leadership. Manager will take complete credit about your achievement. Company should really look into genuinity of it's managers....Read More
