It's my first company that I have joined as a fresher. Good package at that time in 2016 they gave 4.5 lakhs package by hand I got 32k to 33k. Every year they have common hike for 1.5 lakhs.. i worked there for 5 years. While leaving the company I got 10.5 lakhs package. By hand I was getting 73k. Coming to learning experience: In company we have poor working standards. No internet access while working so there is no one to help you out while you stuck with an issue. Even if you get help from somebody still it will help you to finish that taks . You won't get in-depth knowledge on product you are doing. Working hours are 9 am to 7 pm . Some times u need to work till 9pm as well. But u won't get any extra benifits. Main draw back here is you won't get good learning experience and job security. You may get fired once in an year....Read More
