No work pressure, whatsoever. Salary is on time. Incentives are good and the appraisal is decent.

Dislikes

Student centred. The management insists that we give free attendance and marks even if the student does not attend a single class or internal exam. There is no question of failing students. No scope for learning. FDPs are less and the job is monotonous with no activities or fests. Need to keep following up on issues with the HR for your concerns to be resolved. News/updates do not come through official communication channel and there is extreme salary disparity....Read More

No benefits. H.R doesn't disclose policies clearly. I am hired for contract which I didn't know. Performance evaluation is not done according to skills. There are no criteria for evaluation
