Dislikes

No work life balance, dumb and orthodox rules about dress code, for example wearing Saree for female faculties are mandatory, which is very impractical and unnecessary at some point.

I worked in Animation department and was hired by an agency so was not on Jain payroll. So initally work life balance was good. But Jain employees dont respect nin Jain payroll employees. All the perks and respect are there for Jain employees.

If you are a professor and your subjects have 100+ students and there are no more professors for your subject, then you will end up working extra hours. Same repetitive work throughout the years many times. So much useless documentation work. Competition with other department. Women harras men professionally. Less chances for men to grow....Read More

Absolutely nothing. Everyone is useless. they just hire random unskilled people for low pay. a Graphic Designer for a package of 1.15 lpa -Imagine? And the Graphic Designer will know nothing other than picking his nose all day long. HR department is fake because all the HR ladies are just busy in gossiping about what you are wearing and how costly it must be. Very very bad work culture. You will be depressed. They will deduct your salary whenever they want to....Read More

EVERYTHING. The people are awful. Managers are pathetic. They don't know anything. yet they are just cruel inhuman people. All 55 year old ladies who have no business of their own in mind. Dont ever join this place.
