Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Working from home from almost a year.

Dislikes

The work culture is terrible. There is a work-life balance, you'll live under the constant terror of the content manager. Don't get fooled by the good reviews.

No support during COVID-19. Though, I including many other employees were laid off by the company on the first day of lockdown due to an economic crisis.

My immediate reporting manager, VP, and few of the colleagues are the real supporters. If you're planning to Janbask then your work-life balance will be terrible and destroyed. They're supporters of nepotism and favoritism. If you are the favorite of your manager then you'll be uplifted from every end otherwise you'll be treated like garbage.
