Work environment totally depends on which team or which project you are working on. Luckily I got a very supportive team who helped me guide in the right way. Learning opportunities are great and you get to work on innovative technologies from ground up. For freshers it is a good place to learn and start their career. The starting pay at Jasmin Infotech is very low. Although the increments are good per year still you will feel your slary is not normalised compared to the other companies in the industry. The work culture in Jasmin is a bit restricted. You will feel an institute like environment whileworking here unlike big MNCs....Read More

Salary hike is good, work-life balance is good. Good place for freshers to start their career

Good for freshers, but not too good when you begin to gain experience. Career growth and opportunities are less in some teams, you can't learn more, sometimes it feels like you will even lose the skills that you already have because there is not much chance to apply them.

Compensation is good . Work pressure is little more . Sometimes needs to work on late nights and weekends also.
