Everyday was new day at airport , educating my team about companies policy and procedures,highlighting their skills and appreciate them. Monitoring suspicious activities around work area , passenger queries and complaints handling.motivating team to perform in much better way etc, encourage staff to increase revenue for the company, conducting training for staff . Handling delay reports, KRA, Roster of staff,other admin activities . conducting briefing on daily basis, maintaining attendance record of the staff,etc.....Read More
