Dislikes

Poor policies, too much politics among teams especially between employee and FLM/leaders. No reimbursement for internet charge. No benefits in WFH I.e furniture etc like other companies do provide. No gifts on joining as a gesture. No increment-Annually. Poor policy if you clear your CA/CMA while working here you will not be entertained for a senior role and will continue to work at entry-level or leave! That's the feedback from the leaders on asking. The disparity between M & F while delegating work. No R&R etc. Putting blames on you for every possible not expecting things in operations rather than sharing and resolving....Read More

One can easily get depressed while talking to leaders, Enough depressed so that they can resign.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)
