Company gurgaon culture is very poor. They have lots of favourism and they hide the deliver the knowledge to new person..Very difficult to new person to adjust. They hire the people just to get money form stakeholders...

Worst experience ever. My manager was just taking meetings to complete his tasks. He is close to upper management that's why he is in the organization. Each team member has complained about him in exit interview but no action taken. He is famous in Pune software team for worst manager. Leaves and Mediclaim policy are good. I will not say all company managers are worst but if you join hope you will not get project under my manager. You will get negative vibes if you join under that manger. Safer side take few more offers and join here so that you will have options in hand...Read More

Literally nothing, only managers have job security, others including team leaders are not sure that they will come tomorrow. Manager will sit at the door and will stop you from leaving office till he thinks he himself has to go. Office is full of Marathis and Bengalis, so no room for North Indians. The office staff is irresponsible and sometimes rude too. Only freshers are targeted for work load and appreciation. 5 Lacs mediclaim coverage for entire family. The coverage is flexible and entire can be consumed by one person only.

Dislikes

Medical Doctor are unavailable. No cab facility when we stretch. Bad politics in good projects. Entire credit of work is given to Team Lead and not the employees. No work from home facility is available. People maintaining good relations are more preferred than good performers.
