Job security is good. You learn a lot.

Dislikes

No career growth at all. I have ratings of very good, Good, very good, outstanding, very good, very good, very good still I have not being promoted for past 6.5 years. Company is not a equal opportunity employer. Local HR treats its old employees very unfairly. They will hire new recruits with bumper packages with same amount of experience for doing the same amount of work.

Work Details

Work life is good. Just that when you work for 7 years and not get appreciated, you will be disappointed. But in JSW the disappointed are those at the lower level. They are the ones who work hard, they take very low salaries, they will nver be appreciated

Work days: Rotational Shift (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Nothing at all. Just salary. Local HR has not even organized a get together for the past 5 years. No trainings. Just basic facilities like family mediclaim are good.
