No work life balance Salary will be deducted without intimating you even if u have worked whole month without taking ur weekoffs even. Any thing happens to your store even if u are off or on duty, you are only responsible for it. All the managers ie, training, audit, circle, cluster, will shout at you, use bad words and will not even respect you. No over time, u have to work every day for extra hours say 12 to 14 hours but if you want to leave early one day they will not allow and start sending u mails that you were not available at the store within your working hours....Read More
