First of all the positive side is company didn't deducted employees salary during covid pandamic. Providing salary and field allowance on time. When coming to job security it's 0%, you can get fired anytime, morning 7.30am will starts conference call, and they force sale's employees to despatch stock to distributor's without distributor concent. It's 24/7 pressure cooker and per day asms and rsm will keep on calling every minute and there is no work life balance here. The only reason I'm continuing here is I'm not getting any opportunities because of covid pandemic. Once i get i will jump off from here without thinking....Read More

Management treat's sale's employees like slave's. There is no work life balance here, it's 24/7 pressure cooker. Morning 7.30 am will start's conference call and continuous call through out the day. Force to despatch stock's to distributor's without their concent then force's to collect money.
