They hire you as a office assistant but you have to work with marketing after banking hours plus you have to dealt with toxicity of senior officer. Generally they should hire MBA people for marketing separately coz office assistant can't focus on many things.there is no fix time in bank you have to reach at time but leaving time is not fix..
