Managers take advantage of juniors, blame juniors for escalation, take credit for client appreciation. No clarity in work delegation, no guidance, no technical updates, just force juniors to get the work done. Personal criticism by managers makes you feel unfit for the job Biased increments, no recognition to work performed, no appraisal just for the sake they do, no key performances taken into consideration. Only to their related people they give good appraisal. Working at KMLLP bangalore, no career growth, no learning. Managers have no goal, no aspiration, makes the entire team de- motivation. Managers became senior managers just because of serving more years at firm but not for skill set they possess. They are just old but not experienced. Biased partner, who won't even greet people around him. More waste of time in meetings, just speaking irrelevant and irritating matters, no subject discussions. No proper office infrastructure, you doesn't feel office decorum, just like a fish market. Irritating admin people, who treat you like a slave. Salary is not upto the mark. No increments, they hold max salary as variable pay, and won't pay when you leave company in mid of the year. Even if you serve 12 months they won't pay your variable pay. Leave encashment also they won't pay. Final settlement will not be processed on time. You have to beg for everytime for your fnf. Religion based firm. - No recognition / value to work. - No timely increments, they give you when they needed. - worst audit senior managers, they treat you like a slave. there is one more person who is capable but useless in the firm just he stick on to admin aspects. - No quality work delivered to clients, you feel like no learning and growth - no payslips, no increment letter, if at all you need, you have to beg for it. - partner is next level person, who came to office to waste time of employees, he calls for meeting and schedule for 1 hr he took it to 3 hr just speaking non-sense. - and best thing about partner is he won't discuss with client even if clients are moving out from firm. - partner won't care your subject knowledge when you are neatly dressed and speak some good english. - there are other departments like Aos/Tax, wherein the firm / partner won't even give minimum respect to the people working under those department. Though they generate good revenue to firm, they won't pay you decent salary. - admin team they literally treat you like a slave. You have to beg for all the things. - no office infrastructure or office decorum, no office parking, even a small courier office looks good - there are many things to say but my humble suggestion is to check other better firms and join somewhere else not KMLLP bangalore office.
