Nothing to like. Fraud company. 3 months notice period and they don't even give experience letter. Make you sign bond for 2 years. Forget about promotion, hikes etc. Company CEO openly tells in a meeting that no one will get salary hike. I love the fact about this company is they give free of cost training to the freshers and also expertise them in their respective fields. Also, Teach them how to handle a project individually and also teach them how to handle real-time errors.

The growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. , They don't know how to treat people of other states. Most of the trainees in our company are from different states. Those who don't know the local language they only understand Hindi or English and they face a lot of problems while communicating. Most of the girls in the training affecting the office environment.

I am a trainee at kaushalam digital Pvt Ltd. So I have to only look after my project work. And, my work is only to learn new technologies and get myself acquainted with the office environment. Sometimes it is boring and sometimes it is a bit challenging.
