The company is overall an average company. it is growing very fast particularly in highway construction. for honest , hardworking peoples there is job security. company needs to develop HR, policies and other system.

Dislikes

lacks in training, development of staff. needs to be improved.work-life balance is good . working environment is also good. needs to develop retirement beneifits in salary structure.
