This is not a place for anyone who is sensible.

If there is any award for the world's worst companies to work for - then kotra should definitely get the award. To start with this place has no policy, no professionalism , no understanding of work allocations . The Korean bosses who are sent here to run the show are uneducated and has no knowledge about anything. Apparently the lower rung of the Korean society ends up as bureaucrats here and hence they have no manners. Are Koreans by default rude? I don't know for sure - but the people over here definitely are. This is a terrible place if you value your mental health. This place is full of negative energy.
