Company policies are employee centric... international Lear policies are really good... Responsible employer... India HR team don't have control on technical team...you will get good hikes if you are very close to your manager.

Sick management... Technical person running the india business...micro management... India management didn't care about Lear international policies...there was fight erupted between 2 employees due to work pressure in bhosari design centre...

Think 100 times before joining lear corporation TCS (thermal comfort system) pune, which is newly established In hinjewadi phase-1, pune. Culture is totally different from actual lear corporations work culture, basically lear corporation have taken over this unit which was previously known as kongsberg automotiveund-color: #fff5e4;">. The management of this unit is horrible</mark>. Managers stands behind you with an hunter to complete the work, sometimes you need to stay for a whole night to complete the work just to fulfil the impractical and wrong deadlines given by managers to the customers and that is just to grab that project in any situation. (remember Mr.Head of TCS, you must think about your employees mental health and also bandwidth before making false promises to your clients) They kept watching on you whether you’re working continuously or not. They literally walk between the bays secretly to keep an eye on you. Working with such people can be stressful and annoying. There should be a support group from the management guy. So be careful when joining a leer, put a mail communication before the manager and who will be in the team, there is a huge increase in such annoying person.
