In terms of professional growth, there is nothing one can look forward to. The only good aspect can be the understanding nature of the colleagues.

1. No professional growth 2. Below average compensation 3. Arbitrary appraisal process, no consultation with the reporting partner. 4. No recognition and acknowledgment of work. 5. Exploitation in terms of working hours. Work from home has been difficult where no boundaries existed and one had to work/attend calls early morning and late nights on regular basis. 6.
