As I was appointed as a trainee for 3 months without any basic training about the company or it's products . In between these days I had no targets to achieve still I did my best to grow the sale of the product and even I got incentives from my first outlet I do not want to mention the name it's in kottayam Kerala. After 3 months I really had a bad experience from my team leader I don't want to mention his name here he personally told me that as I have no monthly target as a trainee so I give my whole sales what I did in between these months to my senior showroom sales executive so that SSExecutive achieve above his target and he(my team leader) willmake some arrangements of something's from him (my Senior Showroom Sales Executive). And at last that happened what I had feared after 3 months period I had lost my job which I got after a great effort because of the cunning mind of my team leader and his well wisher. So please it's my request to the responsible honourable Head of the LG
As I felt proud to be it's part. But I had already mentioned above my experience I had to face from Team leader. Pls look at it as it should not be faced by other poor newly appointed one's. Thank you.
