The only thing good about this company is that it will mend you to be an early riser.

Dislikes

Too many things at this company is below average. Work life balance is pathetic. Too much of unnecessary reports and 0 work on it as the reports change on daily basis. The senior management care 2 hoots of whats happening at branch or regional level. They just don't seem to care about the diversities in the country and look to see through India with the same perspective and expectations across. Biased and work politics as most of organization but here everyone is responsible for every damn thing. No delegation of work according to the profile handled....Read More

Average 100 mails comes in a day with one common line, " Kindly submit by EOD". 5. Indian senior management does not have a back bone in this company they only use there brains to make Koreans happy. 6. If u will take leave on Sunday they will call u saying aj toh tumne chuti leli 7. No one can take leave without taking permission of atleast 3 people 8. Business growth Puri chaiye lekin appraisal ke tym sab bhul jate hai 9. Yaha gaali nhi bakoge apne junior ko toh tumara senior we will taunt u by saying tum toh kaam hee nhi krte 10. Jo sabse achi photo lagega voh sabse aage jaega 11. If you will leave before 8 it means you have not worked that day 12. LG is a leader in consumer durable industry, hence gives you immense status socially. People here are quite good young, enthusiast at times you get good atmosphere.

The salary structure for college recruits is quite poor, work life balance is zero. IT infrastructure is really poor.
