One of the worst company, if you will search in Google for top 10 horrible companies. Libsys will come in 5th position. Being an x-employee I can definitely agree on this that this company is shit place to work in. You can only grow if you are ready to be slave for your manager because this company only know politics, they don't believe on work their main focus is to do politics and never let any new comer to flourish. You can analyse that this company is 35+ years but still not much people know about it and it is not even an MNC yet all because of shit Mangers and HR's who are working there who don't believe in employee growth or company growth but always involve themselves in dirty politics. I'll never ever advice this company to any of my friend or family or any person. This is company is a hell for any new joiner....Read More
