Good work environment and culture. Teammates are very supportive under management is transparent. Company policy are very good. They give a very good salary and they given bonus every year.

Dislikes

Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a lot of politics. They do not care about us. Sometimes they talk harshly.

The job is quite interesting struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job.

I like everything in this school . The working culture is perfect which WAS developed by many fathers specially I like the duration of Father JOHN JOSPEH. The perfect person as an employer. I ENJOYED HIS COMPANY WORKING IN LFS RAPTINAGAR.

Everything is perfect till now I did not get any thing which seems me awkward and dislike the organization. Over all a great institution in Gorakhpur. The colleagues of this institution are great. They have everything what a teacher has too and the parents are searching for their children.
