No equal opportunity given among different teams operating for sales. Any random fresher can get good team where huge leads pump in automatically. he doesn't have to push much. Whereas in some teams no proper leads & opportunity given. Imparity between teams make job security at risk.

Brand, products are good. They hire with good monetary hike. Incentive structure has been recently included a year back and payouts are timely. The reimbursements happen on time. You enjoy the moment when your brand simplifies difficult tasks for you.

Dislikes

The HR is not strong and everything relies on your supervisor. If you get a good supervisor, great ! If not - you are doomed !! Politics is there and if you are caught in the middle of it, you will hate this company. If you are in sales there is little work life balance. The management changed a year back. The previous management made the work fun. The recent management might not suit you. The company might still be doing good but on an individual level - the satisfaction level has dropped. Loved working here earlier.
