Work culture is not good, too much office politics. Appraisal are very poor even if you are a star performer. Promotions only through favouritism. No job security.

During Covid 19 period maersk line done a very good job on shore and on board as well. Job security is wonderful as other companies are removing the employees but maersk line doesnt do that. Company policies are very great. Thanks.
