I like the best thing about this company is that they provide free cabs and food coupon for every employees for all the shifts. Also there is job security.

Dislikes

Well, do not have growth and compensation. Work life balance is pathetic in here, specifically in TCM Process.

Best ever work life balance a company gives you will be this; Domain of work is different and interesting to pitch in and explore.. Such a learning curve you can experience in career and i did certainly :)

I dislike the horizontal growth in it since every single level takes a promotion curve which might not get cracked by all and end up having successfull career respective of their age.

Miss the company extremely bad once i came out .. Both AR and AP can be experienced if you pitch into Fin-ops which is the plus.. I loved it so badly :)
