Nothing that we could like. If you butter your seniors you will be given promotion and good hike.

Management is full of politics including HR(People Partner) they should be named as Management Partner not people Partner. They will demote you, keep shuffling you from one team to another team, you cannot voice out coz they will name you with attitude. I am not sure about other GSCs but working in Chennai is not a great choice. If you want to work and not bothered about growth but just keep earning its a good company, keep earning until you retire. The company had a good and sensitive work culture that was ruined by nepotism and poor micromanagement. People like Vinay P and Akhil Satpute are the worst. One takes benefit of female colleagues in the name of promotion and the other abuses the colleagues verbally. The ESS is a hoax. Before the ESS all employees are called in and shown how to give a rating 5. Old and seasoned people are in the Company and they have such poor work habits that they are no fit for any other Company. Work habits are bad. No one wants to work, no strict HR policies. All have turned a blind eye. They only hire Malayalis and promote Malayalis. Even there is a Malayali Team Manager with no Team at all. No projects are ever successful, No one have Dollar vision towards a project. No one drives no one governs. management gives Projectonly to those who are to be ousted. No Gender sensitivity. Female colleagues face many issues, they are not promoted or supported until they find a JL5 or JL6 to support them. They promote nepotism in the worst manner.
